Hammer Seal Union/Tank Union
Hammer Seal unions have been utilized for years in oilfield piping systems. Mud fluid drilling systems that connect the steel tanks to the pumps need to have a leak proof and quickly detachable connection with a large diameter pipe size.
ARES carries hammer seal unions from diameter sizes 4″ – 12″. The solid O-ring locks down on the O.D. of the pipe as the hammer nut is tightened. All of the hammer seal unions are rated for 500 PSI.
